You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for eligible items. All returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

- Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days

💸 Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our costumes for all Halloween enthusiasts, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or Used Costumes: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on costumes that have been worn or removed from original packaging
- Custom or Special Order Items: Any costumes that were specially ordered or customized
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance or final sale merchandise
- Accessories: Individual costume accessories sold separately (unless defective)
📦 Exchange Process
Looking for a different size or style from our collections of Easy Costumes, Mens Costumes, or Movie-inspired outfits? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Simply indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred alternative item.
Note: If the exchange item costs more than your original purchase, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
